2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, unless we have offered to collect the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.4 Hygiene and Sealed Goods
For health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, where applicable under EU and Swedish consumer law. Our commercial return conditions below apply only to goods that meet the stated criteria and do not restrict statutory rights where those rights apply.
3. Commercial Return Conditions (Beyond Statutory Rights)
In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer the following commercial conditions for certain unopened products. Where there is any inconsistency between this section and your mandatory EU or Swedish rights in section 2, the mandatory rules prevail.
3.1 Eligible Commercial Returns
To be eligible under this commercial policy, the following conditions must typically be met:
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
- Products must not have been used or tampered with
- Return request is communicated within 30 days of delivery (commercial window; statutory withdrawal remains 14 days as in section 2)
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt)
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling
3.3 Condition of Returned Items
You are responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return

- Receive a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the products securely in their original packaging
- Ship the products to the provided return address
- Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return
4.2 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, unless the return is due to:
- Defective or damaged products (upon receipt)
- Incorrect products shipped
- Our error in processing your order
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refund processing: Within 14 days of approval
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
5.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:

- Products with minor damage not affecting usability

6. Damaged or Defective Products
6.1 Reporting Damages

For damaged or defective products, we will offer:
- Full replacement at no additional cost
- Full refund including original shipping costs
We will also cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Order Cancellations
8.1 Before Shipping

8.2 After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait to receive the order and then initiate a return following the process outlined above.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to process
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted

10. Gift Returns
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will provide you with a gift credit.
If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy to reflect legal requirements or our practices. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Mandatory consumer rights under Swedish and EU law are not reduced by such updates.
